Exchanges

Due to limited inventory, exchanges are not guaranteed.

We recommend carefully reviewing sizing and product details before purchasing. If you need help selecting the right fit, feel free to contact us prior to ordering.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Return Window
    You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return for a refund to your original payment method.
    • Approved returns are subject to a 10% processing and restocking fee.
  2. Late Returns
    Returns requested after the 10-day window may be eligible for store credit only, at our discretion.
  3. Item Condition
    To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With all original packaging and tags attached

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.


Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be processed and shipped.
